Day #4 Meal 2

Weather hasn't gotten better... Waiting to be on EL then going to head over to the Rose Garden and take a walk. Still need to stock up on Bananas and stuff.

2 Cups Spinach, Chard and Kale
1 Banana
1 Navel Orange
1 Grapefruit
1/8 Cup Golden Flax Seed
